Research Interests

Bill is investigating the feeding biomechanics of tadpoles of the family Pipidae, specifically how body size affects feeding mode.

Maranda is examining the comparative anatomy and histology of tongue muscles of plethodontid salamanders.

Chris is studying the effects of temperature on performance of ballistic tongue projection in chameleons.
